Guidelines

Quiet times – We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence!
Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 7am to satisfy the expectation of a quiet night’s sleep for all our guests including yourself.

Food – Welcome to our cozy home stay, where we specialize in vegetarian cuisine, particularly in our homemade breakfasts using fresh, locally sourced ingredients straight from nearby farmers. Our kitchen prepares a delightful morning meal to kickstart your day. Should you wish to explore local flavors, simply order in advance, and we’ll arrange for authentic dishes, either crafted on-site or sourced from nearby hotels. While we primarily focus on vegetarian fare, we’re flexible and strive to meet your culinary preferences. Enjoy the unique charm of our home stay and indulge in delicious meals created with ingredients that support local farmers. If you have any dietary requests or preferences, let us know. You can also order food from outside restaurants but the order has to be placed by 19:45pm latest for it to be delivered home.

Smoking – A good time to test yourself if you can stay away from smoking. This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the house. When you get a real strong itch, you can smoke out in the garden area but remember to keep the area clean and free from cigarette butts!

Drinking – Acchanna’s is a heritage home that upholds traditional values. For your safety and well-being, we kindly ask that you do not consume alcohol on the premises. We believe this will help you fully enjoy the serene nature around you. If you’d like to have a drink, there are nearby places where you can do so, and you can easily return by auto before our gates close at 11 PM. While exceptions *may be* considered, they come with restrictions. Thank you for understanding and respecting our guidelines.

Pets – Although we love animals, pets are not allowed inside our home. You can keep them in the kennel next to the home in the garden area. If they are not used to outdoors, you may have to make arrangements back at your home.

Notice –  Please note that the owner of the property reserves the right to admission. While we welcome guests with open arms, adherence to our house rules is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all. We kindly request all guests to respect the property and fellow occupants, helping us maintain a harmonious and enjoyable environment for everyone.  It is the sole responsibility of the Guest who is handling the booking and reservations to inform his/her roommates of our
policies, rules and regulations. Should your other roommates be unhappy with a part or all of their stay, due to lack of
communicating the policies as outlined here, it will not be recognized as the Accnannas’ responsibility to rectify the matter.
