Our abode offers a sanctuary of simplicity and cleanliness with a history spanning 80 plus years, provides the perfect backdrop for you to reconnect with your inner self. The initial owner; Lakshman Rao Girimaji, popularly known as Acchanna in the family for everyone from the age of 4 to 90, was a prominent figure in Thirthahalli, has left behind a lasting legacy.
The house, a true embodiment of Malnad architecture, exudes warmth and positive energy. Constructed with mud walls and tiled roofs, the house is a living testament to tradition.
Adjacent to the building, a vacant plot hosts a variety of fruit trees and arecanut trees, creating a lush oasis of greenery. Unwind by the bonfire or relax on the deck, offering picturesque views of the paddy fields that stretch out behind the home.
